Working journalists from bona fide media organisations will be accredited for coverage of the conference - Change is in the air - future directions in tobacco control in the EU.

Requests should be received by Monday 14th June, 2004 at 5.00pm (Dublin)

Each journalist must submit the form below for media accreditation. An application will be considered incomplete if all information is not submitted.

For outlets requesting multiple credentials, each individual must complete a seperate form.

We will notify you by email with details on where to obtain your press credentials.
